Over the course of his career, he has developed deep expertise in taxation, international tax, transfer pricing, and large-scale statutory audits. His audit portfolio includes banks, major public-sector undertakings, and diverse corporate entities.

As a DISA-certified professional and having completed certification under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India for US outsourcing, he brings a strong controls- and systems-oriented perspective along with cross-border service delivery expertise. At Global Ledger Works, he leads delivery governance, quality assurance, and process standardization initiatives. Under his leadership, the organization delivers consistent, compliant, and scalable solutions to global accounting firms and corporate finance teams.

S. D. Shiddharth is a Chartered Accountant and Co-Founder of Global Ledger Works, with experience supporting US-based audit and accounting engagements. He previously worked with the PwC Acceleration Center in India, where he managed digital audit data and collaborated closely with US engagement teams to support audit execution, documentation, and compliance requirements.

He has completed certification under the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for UK outsourcing, strengthening his expertise in cross-border accounting support and regulatory alignment.

At Global Ledger Works, he leads day-to-day accounting operations, oversees delivery timelines, and trains teams across multiple accounting platforms. His emphasis on process discipline, review preparedness, and structured execution ensures efficient workflows, consistent quality, and predictable turnaround times for global accounting firms and corporate finance teams.

Dheepikhaa is an accounting professional and Co-Founder of Global Ledger Works, with experience in administration, operations, and process management within audit and professional services firms.

She has previously worked with leading audit firms, where she supported office administration, internal coordination, and the digitization and standardization of operational processes. Her experience includes exposure to internal audits, statutory audits, and process transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and compliance.

At Global Ledger Works, she oversees internal controls and process management. She plays a key role in establishing structured workflows, maintaining clear documentation standards, and ensuring consistent, reliable execution across delivery teams. Her focus on operational discipline and process clarity supports scalable and quality-driven service delivery.
